Dean Andrew Dellinger is a Partner with Drew Eckl & Farnham. He counsels businesses, TPAs, insurers, and self-insurers throughout Georgia. He represents his clients through all aspects of workers’ compensation claims from the trial level through the appellate process. He has extensive experience mitigating exposure related to Medicare Set Asides (MSAs) and associated compliance issues. Dean is also experienced in handling subrogation for insurers, including workers’ compensation lien recovery.
Dean is well-versed with businesses in the trucking industry, health care providers, manufacturers, retailers, employee leasing companies and the hospitality industry. He works closely with Risk Managers, Human Resources Managers, Third Party Administrators (TPAs), and Claims Adjusters to resolve and close files quickly and efficiently. Since 2024, he was selected by his peers for inclusion in the Best Lawyers in America© in the field of Workers’ Compensation Law – Employers in Atlanta.
Dean is a frequent speaker on Workers’ Compensation for clients and organizations. He enjoys fly-fishing, swimming, and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
