- Ingrid Nuss joins the Atlanta office as Of Counsel in the firm’s Workers’ Compensation Practice. With more than 20 years of litigation experience, Ingrid has represented both claimants and defendants in workers’ compensation matters and has also served as a mediator. In addition to her workers’ compensation practice, she has significant experience handling personal injury and liability defense matters involving auto, trucking, shipping, and product liability claims. Ingrid earned her J.D. from Emory University School of Law, where she was a member of the Mock Trial Team and received honors through Emory’s Kessler-Eidson Program for Trial Techniques.
- Wesley Moore joins the Atlanta office as a Partner in the firm’s Workers’ Compensation Practice. Wes represents employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters throughout Georgia, with extensive experience handling complex and highly contested claims. His practice focuses on serving clients in the trucking, logistics, hospitality, manufacturing, staffing, transportation, and landscaping industries. Wes earned his J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law, where he served on the Moot Court Executive Board and received the First Place Best Brief Award at the Cardozo Moot Court Competition.
- Eve Jung joins the Atlanta office as an Associate in the Workers’ Compensation Practice. Eve represents employers and insurance carriers through all phases of workers’ compensation litigation, providing practical guidance and strategic counsel from claim inception through resolution. Before entering private practice, she gained valuable labor and employment experience through legal internships and externships with Blue Cross NC, UNC Health, and the North Carolina Department of Public Safety. Eve earned her J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law and was recognized with the UNC Law Pro Bono Publico Award for her commitment to service.
- Matt Pettit joins the Atlanta office as a Senior Associate, where his practice focuses on commercial transportation litigation and premises liability. Prior to joining Drew Eckl & Farnham, Matt represented individuals, businesses, municipalities, and federally recognized Native American tribes in complex litigation matters in state and federal courts across the country. While attending Cumberland School of Law, he served as Copy Editor of the Cumberland Law Review, was a member of the Cumberland National Negotiation Team, and was selected as a Caruthers Fellow.
