Wesley Moore is a Partner in Drew Eckl & Farnham’s Workers’ Compensation Practice, where he represents employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters throughout Georgia. He has extensive litigation experience handling complex and highly contested claims, guiding clients through every stage of the process from claim inception through hearings, appeals, and resolution. His practice focuses heavily on matters involving the trucking, logistics, hospitality, manufacturing, staffing, transportation, and landscaping industries.
Known for his courtroom experience, Wes regularly appears before Administrative Law Judges across the State of Georgia and has successfully defended numerous hearing awards before the Appellate Division of the State Board of Workers’ Compensation and Superior Courts throughout Georgia. He is recognized for helping employers navigate the complexities of the workers’ compensation system while developing practical strategies that protect their operations and business interests. Wes takes pride in serving as a trusted advisor, allowing business owners and claims professionals to focus on their day-to-day operations while he handles the legal challenges associated with claims and litigation.
Before entering private practice, Wes worked for the Georgia Bureau of Investigation and spent time touring the United States as a professional musician. These diverse experiences helped shape the communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills he brings to his legal practice today.
Wes earned his Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law, where he was selected by his peers to serve on the Moot Court Executive Board and competed in several national advocacy competitions. Among his accomplishments, he received the First Place Best Brief Award at the Cardozo Moot Court Competition in New York City. His legal studies emphasized litigation and trial advocacy, including advanced coursework in evidence, trial practice, and alternative dispute resolution. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Managerial Science from Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson College of Business.
