Megan Mathews Noble specializes in employment and commercial litigation. Her practice includes the counseling, training and representation of management clients in federal and state courts and before government agencies.
Megan drafts and reviews employee handbooks and policies and affirmative action programs, handles audits and investigations and negotiates executive employment agreements. She also has substantial experience with enforcing and defending non-compete and non-solicitation agreements. She has conducted numerous employment law compliance training seminars for human resources professionals, managers and employees.
Megan is a frequent speaker on employment law topics, whose engagements include panels and continuing legal education seminars focusing on employment matters. She is AV rated, and has been recognized as a Georgia Rising Star by Atlanta Magazine and Law and Politics Magazine.
