Wesley represents employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters throughout Georgia. He has extensive litigation experience handling complex and highly contested claims, guiding clients through every stage of the process from claim inception through hearings, appeals, and resolution. Known for his courtroom experience, Wes regularly appears before Administrative Law Judges across the State of Georgia and has successfully defended numerous hearing awards before the Appellate Division of the State Board of Workers’ Compensation and Superior Courts throughout Georgia.
