Thomas Brooks Whilden is an associate at Drew Eckl & Farnham who helps employers and insurers navigate workers’ compensation matters with clarity and confidence. He approaches every case as an opportunity to solve problems, protect clients’ interests, and keep the process moving forward.
While earning his J.D. from Mercer University School of Law (2025), Thomas worked on personal injury cases, gaining hands-on experience in litigation strategy and client advocacy. He graduated magna cum laude from Auburn University in 2021, where he developed the discipline and attention to detail that he now brings to his legal practice.
Thomas chose Drew Eckl & Farnham for its strong culture of collaboration and the chance to learn from some of the most experienced attorneys in the field. He enjoys helping clients tackle challenges of all kinds—and learning something new every day in the process.
Outside the office, Thomas enjoys golfing, fishing, and cheering on the Atlanta Braves.
