Megan Mathews Noble is Of Counsel at Drew Eckl & Farnham. As Lead Attorney for the employment practice group, she represents employers in a wide range of employment matters, including Title VII, ADA, FMLA, ADEA and FLSA claims, breaches of restrictive covenants, and executive severance negotiations.
With over 26 years of experience, Megan knows that the best way to protect a business is to prevent disputes before they start. She works closely with clients to craft strong workplace policies, address employee concerns, provide management and rank-and-file compliance training and minimize legal risk. When litigation is unavoidable, she brings a proven record of success, having litigated hundreds of employment disputes in state and federal courts.
Megan’s path to employment law was shaped by her early career in restaurant management and hospitality, where she developed a deep understanding of workplace dynamics and the challenges managers face. She earned her B.A. from Bethany College (magna cum laude), her J.D. from Georgia State University, and her M.P.A. from the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies, also at Georgia State. In law school, she gravitated toward employment law, serving as a graduate research assistant to an employment law professor and competing on the Labor and Employment Law Moot Court team.
Recognized as an AV Preeminent®-rated attorney and a Super Lawyers Rising Star, Megan is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, and all Georgia state and federal courts. She has presented at local and national conferences, including the American Bar Association in 2017.
Outside of her legal work, Megan is committed to community service. She serves on nonprofit boards and volunteers at local events in her Grant Park neighborhood. In her free time, she enjoys reading, walking, and exploring new coffeehouses—a passion rooted in her time as General Manager of what was once voted the “Best Coffeehouse in Pittsburgh.”
