Hayley Wilson is a Senior Associate in DEF’s Atlanta office, where she focuses on insurance defense litigation, including premises liability, personal injury defense, coverage matters, and trucking and transportation litigation. She represents national retailers, hospitality groups, transportation companies, and their insurers in significant exposure cases in both state and federal courts.
Before joining DEF, Hayley practiced civil defense litigation in Atlanta, representing insurers and businesses in personal injury and premises liability matters, as well as education-related compliance and internal investigation matters. She earned her J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law and her B.S., cum laude, from the University of West Georgia.
Outside of work, Hayley enjoys running, cheering on the Atlanta Braves and Georgia Bulldogs, and spending time with her two Labradors, Tinley and Theo.
