David A. Smith began practicing law at Drew, Eckl & Farnham in 1983. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia and received his Juris Doctor degree at the University of Georgia School of Law in 1983. Mr. Smith specializes in workers' compensation litigation. He is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Georgia, and the Atlanta Bar Association. He is a frequent speaker and author on workers' compensation topics and has spoken at the ICLE Workers' Compensation Law Institute, seminars for the general practitioner on workers' compensation issues, and the State Board of Workers' Compensation Educational Seminar.
