- Grace Chung joins the Atlanta office where her practice focuses on general liability defense. Grace received her J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law, where she and her team reached the National Semifinals in the Thomas Tang Moot Court Competition.
- Marion Martin joins the firm as Of Counsel in the Atlanta office, where she represents employers, insurers, and self-insureds in workers’ compensation defense litigation throughout Georgia. With more than 30 years of experience, Marion has served as lead counsel in numerous complex cases before the Georgia State Board of Workers’ Compensation, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the Georgia Supreme Court.
- Joe Spivey joins the Atlanta office as a Senior Associate, where his practice focuses on general liability defense, including premises liability, negligent security, personal injury, and medical malpractice claims. Joe earned his Bachelor of Arts from Vanderbilt University and his Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School, where he was a winner of the 1L Moot Court Appellate Competition.
