Drew Eckl & Farnham is excited to welcome new attorneys Jasmine, Alisha, Layal, Neil, Robert and Belinda!
Jasmine Saenz is an associate litigation attorney who concentrates her practice in the defense of employers and insurers in workers’ compensation claims. Prior to joining in April 2019, she practiced insurance defense litigation at another Atlanta area firm for more than five years. Prior to that, Jasmine gained valuable insight and experience as a plaintiff’s attorney, representing both workers’ compensation claimants and plaintiffs in personal injury cases.
Alisha Dickie joined Drew, Eckl & Farnham, LLP in 2019 and focuses her civil litigation practice on premises liability and insurance defense. Alisha practiced with a firm in Marietta prior to joining Drew, Eckl & Farnham, LLP. During law school, Alisha received the Faculty Award for Legal Writing as well as five CALI Awards in legal research, legal writing, and law and economics. After law school, Alisha served as the law clerk for the Honorable J. P. Boulee in DeKalb County Superior Court.

Mr. Brunetz has experience working as an outside general counsel for a technology company assisting the company in negotiating and finalizing NDAs, SaaS agreements and technology development agreements as well as many other aspects of the company’s business. His legal experience also includes courtroom representation of clients in civil litigation matters, including personal injury, wrongful death, workers’ compensation, construction, contract, commercial disputes, and malpractice actions.
Robert Hardeman has practiced law for almost 30 years, primarily in the area of workers’ compensation. He previously served as a staff attorney and mediator for the State Board of Workers’ Compensation, successfully mediating hundreds of cases around the state of Georgia involving all facets of workers’ compensation claims.
Belinda joined Drew Eckl & Farnham as an associate in 2019 and focuses her practice on representing insurers and employers in workers’ compensations claims. Belinda has an understanding of employers’ perspectives because her parents are small business owners, where she grew up learning about and assisting her parents with issues employers face. She previously worked at a smaller firm, also defending insurers and employers in workers’ compensations cases. Her investigative nature and ability to be detailed-oriented have assisted her in reducing exposure for her clients, including disputing and successfully decreasing the Medicare Set-Aside Allocation and discovering evidence that significantly reduced an employee’s settlement demand.
