Belinda joined Drew Eckl & Farnham as an associate in 2019 and focuses her practice on representing insurers and employers in workers’ compensations claims. Belinda has an understanding of employers’ perspectives because her parents are small business owners, where she grew up learning about and assisting her parents with issues employers face. She previously worked at a smaller firm, also defending insurers and employers in workers’ compensations cases. Her investigative nature and ability to be detailed-oriented have assisted her in reducing exposure for her clients, including disputing and successfully decreasing the Medicare Set-Aside Allocation and discovering evidence that significantly reduced an employee’s settlement demand.
