Drew Eckl & Farnham is excited to welcome attorneys: Christopher Gates, Julie Stewart, and Kaitlyn Hayden
Christopher Gates focuses his practice on Workers’ Compensation defense. Before joining Drew Eckl & Farnham, Chris represented plaintiffs of all types in hundreds of workers’ compensation, personal injury, and social security disability cases, arguing cases in front of more than 40 judges across the country in his brief two years at his prior firm.
Julie Stewart focuses on Workers’ Compensation. She attended law school at Georgia State University College of Law and earned her J.D. in 2006. Prior to attending law school, Julie worked as a Senior Research Specialist at the Atlanta Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Infectious Disease. She is from Coral Springs, Florida and moved to Atlanta after completing a Master’s Degree in Zoology with an emphasis in Parasitology at the University of South Florida. She earned her B.S. in Biology in 1994 at University of South Florida. Julie is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, Section on Workers’ Compensation Law.
Kaitlyn Hayden focuses on Workers’ Compensation defense. She attended Georgia State University’s College of Law, and was a member of the Public Interest Law Association. While there she dedicated much of her time working in the Georgia Capital Defender’s office, as well working as a Research Assistant challenging Georgia’s Standard of Proof for Intellectual Disability in death penalty cases. Before joining Drew, Eckl, and Farnham, Kait previously practiced Worker’s Compensation, representing injured employees. Kait is also a registered Neutral in Georgia, and is certified to mediate general civil claims.
