This session will discuss the recruiting processes and systems that are key in efforts to increase representation of executives from underrepresented groups and to remove bias from recruiting systems for junior lawyers and lateral hiring.
The panel will provide insight and tactics used by successful firms in setting targets and increasing representation.
The event will take place online on January 21, 2021 from 11:00 am – 12:30 pm.
