Kipling Biggs is a Senior Associate who brings a unique advantage to every case: she’s worked on both sides of the courtroom and behind the bench. After earning her law degree from Georgia State University College of Law, Kipling spent years as a prosecutor in Gwinnett and Walton Counties, giving her deep insight into how cases are built and what makes them successful.
Her experience isn’t just theoretical. In Gwinnett County’s busy traffic courts, Kipling handled hundreds of cases and learned the nuances of how criminal charges interact with driver’s license issues and administrative penalties—knowledge that’s invaluable when navigating these interconnected systems. As a prosecutor in Walton County, she sharpened her courtroom skills and learned what truly persuades judges and juries.
Most recently, Kipling clerked for a Superior Court Judge, giving her a behind-the-scenes understanding of judicial decision-making. This experience allows her to craft arguments and strategies that resonate with the decision-makers who matter most in your case.
When Kipling isn’t advocating for clients, she enjoys traveling with her family and exploring new places.
