Hayley Wilson is a litigation attorney who defends businesses and insurers in high-exposure civil cases involving wrongful death, catastrophic injury, premises liability, and transportation claims. Known for her thorough case analysis and practical strategy, she helps clients navigate complex discovery, motion practice, and resolution planning with clarity and confidence.
Prior to joining the firm, Hayley gained significant experience defending businesses, insurers, and individuals in personal injury and premises liability cases across Georgia. She also handled complex Title IX investigations involving high-stakes credibility assessments and institutional liability, experience that now informs her strategic approach to witness evaluation, fact development, and risk analysis. Hayley has taken and defended numerous depositions and has extensive experience drafting dispositive and discovery motions, managing complex discovery, and guiding clients through every stage of litigation.
Hayley graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law, where she was a member of the moot court team and honed her written and oral advocacy skills. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of West Georgia, where she served as Panhellenic President, was elected Homecoming Queen, and was a selected member of the Blue Coats, a distinguished ambassador corps that works closely with the University President and represents outstanding student leaders. She was also honored as the Collegiate Panhellenic Council (CPC) Leader of the Year for her contributions to the campus community.
Outside of work, Hayley enjoys running, cheering on the Atlanta Braves and Georgia Bulldogs, traveling with friends, attending live music events, and spending time with her two Labrador retrievers, Tinley and Theo.
