Donald Wagner is a Senior Associate at Drew Eckl & Farnham, where he focuses his practice on general tort litigation and commercial transportation.
Before entering private practice, Don served for 20 years in the United States Army as both a judge advocate and an infantry officer, retiring in July 2025 after a distinguished career. His military service provided extensive experience in complex problem-solving, strategic decision-making, and advocacy in high-stakes situations—skills he now applies to representing clients in litigation.
Don earned his B.A. in Journalism from The Pennsylvania State University in 1997 and his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 2012. He is committed to delivering clear, effective legal strategies tailored to his clients’ needs, with a focus on achieving practical, results-driven outcomes.
Outside of his legal practice, Don enjoys fly fishing and travelling with his wife and three sons. He has lived abroad, including four years in Germany and looks forward to becoming actively involved in military and veteran-related causes in the future.
