Andrew Howard is a Senior Associate in the Atlanta office of Drew Eckl & Farnham, where his practice focuses on premises liability and the defense of property owners in negligence-based personal injury claims. He regularly represents commercial property owners and their insurers in matters arising from alleged unsafe conditions on property, including claims involving bodily injury and other losses.
Andrew handles cases involving incidents that occur on commercial premises and works closely with insurance carriers to develop practical, litigation-focused defense strategies. His approach is informed by a strong foundation in litigation, attention to detail, and a clear understanding of risk exposure and case evaluation.
Prior to joining Drew Eckl & Farnham, Andrew served for five years as an officer in the United States Air Force Judge Advocate General’s Corps. During his military service, he gained valuable courtroom experience, handled complex legal matters in high-responsibility environments, and developed the discipline and judgment that continue to shape his legal practice today.
Andrew earned his Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from the University of Georgia in 2015 and his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina Joseph F. Rice School of Law in 2019.
Outside of his legal practice, Andrew enjoys traveling, skiing, surfing, and playing tennis.
