
Ryan Klee practices Workers' Compensation law and guides Risk Managers, Human Resource Managers, Third Party Administrators (TPAs), and Claims Adjusters in developing a plan to resolve and close files quickly and efficiently.
He has taken hundreds of employee depositions and defended numerous depositions of employer representatives as well. In addition, he has taken expert witness depositions ranging from physicians to vocational experts. He has personally handled all aspects of workers' compensation claims, representing clients from the trial level through the appeals process, as well as engaging in settlement mediations.
Ryan has particular experience with the trucking industry, health care service providers, manufacturers, retailers, employee leasing companies and the hospitality industry.
While in law school, he also clerked for the Honorable Reggie B. Walton, U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
Ryan is also an AV Preeminent rated lawyer by Martindale Hubbell.
