
Adam J. Beedenbender
Partner
Adam has extensive experience in the representation of corporate plaintiffs. He serves the credit industry via his representation of lenders and financial institutions. This work includes programs designed to maximize recovery initiatives, restructure consumer and commercial loans, provide debt workout assistance, and maintain secure compliance with regulatory requirements and risk management standards.
Adam also has experience in major property-loss subrogation, helping local, regional, national, and international insurance companies recover their expenditures from at-fault third parties.
Additionally, Adam practices construction litigation, working to help a vast array of construction companies, contractors, and sub-contractors achieve risk-minimization.
While at Emory School of Law, Adam won the Dean’s Awards for Outstanding Academic Achievement in Torts and the 1st Amendment, graduated in the top 10% of his class, and was inducted into the Order of the Coif.
