David Rusnak focuses his practice on state and federal business litigation, risk management, and alternative dispute resolution. He represents local, regional and national clients in commercial, financial, real estate and construction matters. 
In his practice, David counsels and represents developers, building owners, lenders, landlords and tenants, contractors, engineers and vendors through all phases of complex and common litigation, appeals and mediation.  He also represents his clients in pre-litigation dispute resolutions, work outs, claims avoidance, and contract negotiation for construction-related agreements.
David has served as a Trustee of the Institute of Continuing Legal Education of Georgia, and as the interim General Counsel for a national hospitality client managing litigation and contracting issues. He has presented numerous seminars presented by the Georgia Institute of Continuing Legal Education, construction industry associations and organizations in Texas and Georgia, and other continuing education providers regarding liens, warranties, construction issues and ethical considerations.
