Charles G. "Chuck" Hoey has litigated workers' compensation, general liability, coverage, subrogation and other insurance claims for over 32 years. Chuck took his first deposition several hours after being sworn in as a lawyer and has not stopped since. Experienced in all kinds of workers compensation claims, including retail, trucking, distribution centers, factories, home health care, loggers, and construction, Chuck has also litigated wrongful death, auto accident, coverage issues, and other liability claims. 

Chuck focuses on delivering the results the client wants by using his extensive expertise and experience. He is also a frequent speaker and author on a variety of insurance defense topics including workers' compensation, general liability, e-discovery, litigation holds, e-preservation and ethics. He co-wrote "Not Knowing Better" Is Not An Option; Technology - What You Don't Know Will Byte You in the July, 2017 issue of For The Defense.  

Chuck continues to focus on building and developing long term client relationships, and his array of insurance defense skills. He is active in various defense organizations including DRI, Atlanta Claims Association, and GDLA.
