
Robbie Wright's practice focuses on representing employers and insurers in workers' compensation claims and first-party insurance matters.
Prior to joining Drew, Eckl & Farnham, Robbie worked at Jones Cork, LLP in Macon, Georgia, focusing on general civil litigation and insurance defense. Robbie was also a summer associate for two summers during law school at Watson Spence, LLP in Albany, Georgia, where he worked on a variety of matters including medical malpractice and personal injury litigation. In his final semester of law school, Robbie interned for the Honorable Jeffrey Monroe and the Honorable Jeffrey Hanson in Bibb County State Court.
While at Mercer, Robbie was a member of the William Augustus Bootle Inn of Court, the Brainerd Currie Honor Society, Scribes - The American Society of Legal Writers, the National Trial Competition Mock Trial Team, and Mercer Law Review. Robbie also received the Georgia Scholar Award, the Faculty Legal Writing Award, and the highest grade awarded in Advanced Legal Research, Torts II, Tort Law Seminar, Statutory Law, and Law of Lawyering.
Robbie is originally from Cordele, Georgia. He and his wife, Kelsey, now live in Brookhaven. When not working, Robbie enjoys playing slow-pitch softball, golf, pickleball, and spending time outdoors.
