Patrick has handled complex cases at all levels of litigation and takes a creative approach to resolving complex disputes both in and out of court. He has significant experience acting as sole counsel and as a supporting attorney with discovery disputes, trial preparation, and bench trials. Patrick has taken multiple depositions and has achieved success by eliciting testimony that reduces the value of claims and identifies the opposing party's litigation strategies.

Before joining Drew, Eckl & Farnham, Patrick was an associate with a civil litigation defense firm in Atlanta, where he handled worker's compensation defense, civil defense, and commercial litigation. Before that, Patrick was an Assistant Attorney General with the Georgia Attorney General's Office, where he represented Georgia State Government entities including the Georgia Lottery Corporation, the Department of Public Health, and the Department of Labor. While at the Attorney General's office, he worked as sole counsel in cases involving commercial litigation, fiduciary liability, bankruptcy litigation, consumer fraud, and estate litigation.

Patrick is a native of Athens, Georgia, and now makes his home in Atlanta. He enjoys college football and the music industry. His favorite hobbies include fishing and skiing. In his free time, he catches up on movies and music.
