
Patricia (Tricia) Cunningham
Senior Associate
Patricia (Tricia) Cunningham focuses her practice on Workers’ Compensation defense. She has substantial experience in handling death claims in Workers’ Compensation, including complex dependency issues related to these claims.
Tricia has taken and defended dozens of depositions (including medical experts), handled numerous settlement mediations, and successfully represented clients at both the trial and appellate level. In addition, she gained valuable experience working as an Attorney Advisor in the Office of Hearings Operations with the Social Security Administration where she drafted post-hearing appellate decisions related to Social Security Disability claims for various administrative law judges.
When not practicing law, she enjoys photography, writing music, teaching guitar, and volunteering with several local nonprofit organizations.
