Nirav Patel's practice focuses on representing employers and insurers in workers' compensation and first-party insurance claims.

Nirav graduated with his Juris Doctorate from Washington University's School of Law in Saint Louis, Missouri. While at Washington University, Nirav was the Primary Editor of the Global Studies Law Review. He also earned his Certificate in Business Law and was awarded the Scholar in Law Award and Dean's Service Award for completion of 300 Pro Bono hours. 

While in law school, Nirav gained experience in employment law as a Judicial Clerk for an Administrative Law Judge at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. He also clerked at the United States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Florida in the White Collar Crimes Division, gaining experience with insurance fraud. Thereafter, Nirav was in the Student Honors Program at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in the Division of Enforcement, where he acquired Bloomberg Market Concepts Certification.

Prior to Law School Nirav graduated cum laude with a B.B.A. from Goizueta Business School at Emory University, focusing primarily on strategic consulting. Nirav also completed his Bachelors in Philosophy and was inducted into Phi Sigma Tau, the Philosophy Honor Society.
