Waite is civil litigation attorney, practicing in nearly all areas of litigation. He represents both national and local clients in the areas of premises liability, transportation, product liability, professional malpractice, and commercial disputes. Waite serves his clients by achieving the best end result through the most cost effective means, handling cases from the initial complaint through final resolution. 

While in law school, Waite clerked for the Honorable James E. Graham, United Magistrate Court Judge for the Southern District of Georgia. Waite also served as Vice President to the National Security Law Society, where he assisted in organizing law school fundraisers and support programs to help U.S. troops abroad during the holiday seasons. 

Prior to law school, Waite worked in the areas of outdoor education serving adults and young men, both in Vail, Colorado as a Ski School Instructor and as a Guide in Ontario and Quebec for extended length canoeing expeditions through the remote Canadian north woods. 

Waite is a St. Simons Island native. He graduated from Frederica Academy in 2006. In his spare time, Waite enjoys golfing at the Brunswick Country Club, inshore fishing, volunteering at Fort Frederica, cooking, and running.
