Kristen Johnson practices in the firm's Financial Services and Recovery practice group.  She has extensive civil litigation experience in both state and federal courts. She previously served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Florida in the Consumer Protection division, handling Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices claims.  In addition, she has significant experience with first-party property insurance coverage, third-party tort claims, trucking and transportation law, and aviation law.  She has received an AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale Hubbell for her high ethical standards and professionalism.
