Jasmine Saenz is an associate litigation attorney who concentrates her practice in the defense of employers and insurers in workers' compensation claims. Prior to joining in April 2019, she practiced insurance defense litigation at another Atlanta area firm for more than five years. Prior to that, Jasmine gained valuable insight and experience as a plaintiff's attorney, representing both workers' compensation claimants and plaintiffs in personal injury cases.

Jasmine has litigated workers' compensation claims across the state of Georgia, and has appeared before the majority of the currently sitting Administrative Law Judges. She has represented many diverse clients, from large food processing plants, to small mom and pop shops, public school districts, and many different self-insured entities. She also has particular experience working with assigned risk clients and in complex multi-party claims.

Outside of work, Jasmine enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and two dogs. Jasmine loves musical theater, and has acted in the Atlanta Bar Association's charity musical, "A Courthouse Line." The Saenz family also enjoys working with dogs, and is active in animal rescue.
