Our Team

Evan Szczepanski is an experienced litigator, having served in a variety of roles in multiple states. Evan serves clients in the fields of transportation/trucking law, premises liability, and negligent security in both state and federal courts throughout the State of Georgia. Evan has significant experience in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials. He utilizes his wide breadth of experience to formulate creative defense strategies to efficiently and favorably resolve cases.

Evan received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Alabama School of Law, and graduated from the University of Alabama, as a Presidential Scholar, with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration with Honors. During law school, Evan interned for State Circuit Court Judge Hon. Charles Malone and U.S. District Court Judge Hon. L. Scott Coogler.

Following law school, Evan served as a prosecutor in New York City; practiced at the Atlanta office of an international law firm; and counseled clients in complex matters at a Buckhead litigation boutique.

Evan is a native Georgian and resides in the Virginia-Highland neighborhood of Atlanta with his wife and newborn son.
