Bennett Secrest focuses his practice on corporate and transactional representation with an emphasis on start-up and growth-stage companies, venture capital, private equity funds and REITs. Bennett joined the firm in Fall 2020.
Prior to joining Drew Eckl & Farnham, Bennett worked in "Big 4" advising large private equity and REIT clients through complex transactional and tax strategies. Specializing in entity structuring and partnership taxation, Bennett built a valuable skill set in buy-side transactional advising.

When away from the desk, Bennett enjoys golf and motorsport.
