Bartlett Benton focuses his civil litigation practice in the areas of trucking liability and premises liability. Prior to entering law school, Bartlett played guard for the College of Charleston men’s basketball team from 2009-2013 under legendary coach Bobby Cremins. In 2012, Bartlett was named a National Strength and Conditioning Association All American.
While attending Georgia State University for law school, Bartlett was a member of the Student Trial Lawyers Association, competing in four national mock trial competitions, which included a national runner up finish at the South Texas Mock Trial Challenge. Bartlett also received the award for the top overall grade in his Litigation class while at Georgia State University, in addition to earning the award for the top summary judgment brief in his Litigation class.
