Liability Associate

We’re always looking to connect with associates who have experience in premises and products liability; especially those with at least three years of experience (including depositions, motions, briefs, and trials). Part-time Administrative Assistant

We have an immediate need for administrative support on one of our legal teams. Primary responsibilities will be handling mail, maintaining calendars and deadlines, sending out requests for documents, and making phone calls to follow up on requests for medical records. This is a part time position, and the incumbent will ideally work 2-3 days a week. No previous legal experience is required, but we prefer experience in a professional office environment.

Liability Secretary

Our firm is growing and we’re looking to add an experienced Liability Secretary to our team. This person will be responsible for supporting attorneys by performing a variety of administrative duties, including drafting legal correspondence, answering phones and communicating with attorneys, clients and court personnel. Workers’ Compensation Associate

We’re currently seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Workers’ Compensation defense team. The ideal candidate will be versed in the field of workers compensation and occupational health cases with 3-5 years of experience. If you have a “client first” mentality we encourage you to apply. Records Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Records Specialist that is able to perform the primary functions of the Records Department, including file management (both physical and electronic), file intake, file releases, destruction requests, data access requests, case room management, and records retention. Three years of related Records, Information Governance or Technology experience is desired, preferably in a law firm.
