Partner Elissa Haynes will be a panelist on the CLE seminar titled “Where Do We Go From Here? The Post Pandemic Judicial System” on October 7th, 2021. The seminar will be a roundtable discussion with plaintiff attorneys, defense attorneys, and judges reflecting on changes the civil justice system has experienced since the beginning of the pandemic and how attorneys can incorporate these changes to improve the system moving forward. The panel will primarily focus on how in-court proceedings have changed with the regular use of Zoom, virtual jury selections, audio/visual technical difficulties, and more.
Attorneys attending will be rewarded 3 CLE hours including 3 trial hours. Mike Roth of Stewart Miller Simmons Trial Attorneys will be moderating the roundtable.
The seminar will take place from 2pm-5pm at the Georgia State College of Law, 85 Park Place NE, Atlanta, GA 30303.
