On September 9th, 2021, Douglas Burrell, firm partner & president of DRI | Lawyers Representing Business, gathered in Washington D.C. alongside other black presidents of the nation’s top legal associations—Carlos Moore, National Bar Association; Reginald M. Turner, American Bar Association; Navan Ward, American Association for Justice—to discuss their respective journeys toward becoming leaders of national legal associations and their plans on increasing collaboration among the organizations.
