Drew Eckl & Farnham Joins the Georgia Delegation at Largest U.S. CyberSecurity Conference

March 19, 2019 BY DEF Admin

Three Drew Eckl & Farnham attorneys who are members of our firm’s Cybersecurity Committee were personally invited by the Georgia Department of Economic Development (GDED) to attend the 2019 RSA Conference, the largest cybersecurity conference in the world, as part of The Georgia Delegation.  Karen Karabinos, Rob Welch, and Juliana Neelbauer attended the conference, held March 4-8 in San Francisco, CA, with leadership representatives from GDED, the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, Invest Atlanta, Georgia Allies, GA Tech, Georgia Power, and the Augusta, Columbus, and Forsyth county Departments of Economic Development.

For four days, representatives from the Georgia Delegation attended sessions that provided valuable content presented by some of the industry’s most forward-thinking leaders in cybersecurity, networked with thousands of peers and potential businesses for the Georgia economy, and received inspirational ideas on ways to protect organizations from cyberthreats now and in the future.

Drew Eckl & Farnham, the only law firm included in the Georgia Delegation, was able to provide information on our region and firm’s capabilities to support the Georgia economy and growth through our legal services including our corporate & transactional offerings, cyber insurance defense practice, cyber attack response consultation, and litigation in general.
