We are pleased to be recognized by the Daily Report for our diversity recruitment initiatives. The article highlights how the firm “embarked on a quantifiable diversity push at the start of 2020, tracking the percentages of women and minority lawyers at each phase of the talent pipeline from summer associates to equity partners, and set concrete improvement targets by 2025."

Douglas Burrell believes that his primary focus is to be a strategic partner with his clients. It is important that he understands his client's business, the people, the problems faced, and budgetary constraints that can impact the client's ability to resolve problems. Douglas has been a practicing trial lawyer for over 26 years. He developed comprehensive experience while serving as first chair on more than 40 jury trials and more than 100 bench trials. He has also taken and defended hundreds of depositions.
J.C. focuses his practice in workers’ compensation defense litigation representing corporations, employers, insurers, and self-insured corporations.
