On September 17, 2020, the Georgia Court of Appeals issued a unanimous Opinion in ABH Corporation et al. v. Montgomery, a case involving a plaintiff who was attacked in the parking lot of an Atlanta gas station and convenience store. Drew Eckl Partner Elissa Haynes served as lead appellate counsel. The trial court had previously denied Defendants' motion for summary judgment and subsequent motion for reconsideration based solely upon Plaintiff's evidence of 911 call logs showing the police had been called to the gas station on multiple occasions throughout the years. ...
