Tim Veith has been a corporate and transactional attorney for 30 years. He has experience in a broad spectrum of practice areas, including complex private and public corporate finance and M&A transactions, conduit and securitization financing, banking and securities regulation, and litigation and mediation management.
Tim most recently served for 12 years as general counsel for Atlanta-based Entaire Global Companies, which sold to a public financial institution in 2016. At Entaire, he managed all legal affairs for its commercial lending and insurance agency group during rapid organic portfolio growth from $20 million to over $1 billion in commercial loan transactions in the insurance premium finance market. He also directed the prosecution of three computer system patents and is a co-inventor on a pending inter-creditor patent.
Tim was previously a partner in private practice in Charlotte, North Carolina, specializing in private equity investments, business formation and transactional work in multiple technology and manufacturing industries.
Tim is the founder and has served as president for Southeastern Gwinnett Preservation Corporation, a Georgia 501(c)(4) nonprofit, and served as chair of The Family Center, Inc., a Charlotte-based non-profit.
