Camille Dizon is an experienced litigator who has managed all aspects of a legal claim, from pre-suit strategy to trial. Her background includes general liability, medical and professional malpractice, personal injury, and commercial litigation. She has taken dozens of depositions, argued a large number of motions for summary judgment and motions to dismiss, and tried several cases. She has also been involved in appellate litigation and has successfully argued cases in front of the Georgia Court of Appeals.
She began her career representing plaintiffs/claimants and uses those skills to better defend cases and negotiate favorable settlements on behalf of her clients. She has represented a variety of clients, from individuals to Fortune 500 companies. Now, she focuses her practice on general liability claims, including premises liability, products liability, automobile, and trucking. She prioritizes locating and exploring defenses quickly to ensure efficient and cost-effective resolution for her clients. She strives to establish a rapport and strong working relationship with her clients to earn their trust and to keep them informed throughout litigation.
Prior to joining Drew Eckl & Farnham, Camille worked in-house as a litigation attorney for an insurance company.
