Leslie Becknell has been practicing law for more than 20 years, focusing on General Liability, Premises Liability and Commercial Transportation law.

She serves clients who manage a high volume of premises liability cases, handling files from the initial complaint through final resolution. She has significant experience positioning cases for dismissal on summary judgment and other cost-effective resolution options. She handles all aspects of litigation including initial investigation, preparation of pleadings, written discovery, taking and defending depositions, the investigation and evaluation of claimants’ medical records and history, summary judgment preparation and hearings, mediation and trial.

Before joining the firm, Ms. Becknell managed various cases involving products liability, environmental torts, real estate disputes, insurance coverage issues, business disputes and toxic tort litigation. In addition, Ms. Becknell has provided counsel to various clients and corporations in the Equine Industry on contract negotiation and Equine Activity Liability law. She has received an AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale Hubbell for her high ethical standards and professionalism.
