Sarah Smith practices in both First Party Insurance Matters and Workers’ Compensation law.

She partners with clients in their investigation and adjustment of property claims and in defending clients in coverage, bad faith, fraud, theft, and property damage cases in State and Federal Courts throughout Georgia and the Southeast. Ms. Smith regularly represents insurance companies in first-party coverage litigation, extra-contractual claims and property subrogation cases.
She also practices in Workers’ Compensation and has a particular focus in the construction industry, counseling General Contractors and HR personnel in small and mid size construction companies. She has taken dozens of depositions and is experienced in settlement negotiations and mediations.
Ms. Smith serves as Chair of the Membership Committee for DRI's Workers' Compensation Committee.
While in law school, she was the Student Writing Editor for the Mercer Law Review and a member of the Mercer Advocacy Council.
