Emily McLarty Shuman focuses her practice on general liability and trucking litigation.  She represents individuals, corporations, and insurance companies in the transportation, insurance, and retail industries. With her experience, Ms. Shuman helps clients effectively navigate litigation in both state and federal courts.
 
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Shuman was a staff attorney to the Honorable Melodie H. Clayton at the State Court of Cobb County, Georgia and interned for the Honorable L. Clayton Roberts at the First District Court of Appeal, Florida.
 
Ms. Shuman has been actively involved in Fernbank Museum of Natural History for more than five years, where she serves on the Artemis Board and served as Co-Chair, 2014 Lost Oasis.
