Robert D. Goldsmith is a Senior Associate of Drew, Eckl & Farnham in Atlanta, where he specializes in the area of worker’s compensation. He has tried hundreds of cases throughout Georgia. He is a Special Assistant Attorney General in the area of worker’s compensation and in 1992 was named Defense Counsel of the Year by the Georgia State Board of Worker’s Compensation. He has served as President of the University of Georgia Law School Alumni Council and President of the Dougherty Circuit Bar Association. Mr. Goldsmith has spoken extensively to various employer groups and associations on workers’ compensation and employment law.
