Mark E. Irby is a senior associate in the Atlanta law firm of Drew Eckl & Farnham, LLP. He graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2002. Mr. Irby then earned his Juris Doctorate from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 2005. While in college, he was a member of Order of Omega and Delta Epsilon Iota Honor Society. During law school, he gained valuable experience while clerking at a number of large firms in Birmingham, Alabama. Mr. Irby began his practice at Webster, Henry, Lyons & White, P.C. in Montgomery, AL in August 2005 where he focused on insurance defense litigation. He joined Drew Eckl & Farnham in October 2007 where he now practices primarily in the area of Workers' Compensation. He is a member of the State Bars of Georgia and Alabama.
