Benson Ward is an associate in the Atlanta law firm of Drew Eckl & Farnham, LLP. He graduated summa cum laude from The University of Georgia in 2002 with a B.A. in History and English, and earned his Juris Doctorate from The University of Georgia School of Law in 2005, cum laude. While in law school, he was notes editor for the Georgia Law Review. Mr. Ward's practice focuses on the areas of civil litigation with an emphasis in insurance defense in state and federal courts and workers' compensation. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the American Bar Association as well as Southern Loss Association and Metro Fire Investigators Association, and has authored articles and given presentations regarding workers' compensation and first party insurance matters.
