Andy Treese is an associate at the Atlanta office of Drew, Eckl & Farnham. He is a 1994 graduate of Emory University with a B.A. in Political Science. Mr. Treese enjoyed a ten year career as a police officer before earning his J.D. Degree cum laude from the Georgia State University College of Law in 2007. Mr. Treese received CALI awards in Advanced Legal Writing and Health Law Liability. While in law school, Mr. Treese was a member of the Student Trial Lawyer Association and the Moot Court Team. He received both the Georgia State Moot Court “Man of the Year” award for 2006-07 and received the award for “Best Oralist” in the preliminary rounds of the 2007 Prince Evidence Competition. Mr. Treese externed for Justice Hugh Thompson of the Supreme Court of Georgia, as well as for the Prosecuting Attorneys’ Council of Georgia and the Georgia Hospitals Association.
Mr. Treese’s practice is devoted to a wide range of defending corporations and individuals in civil litigation.
