Brian Moore is a Partner in the Atlanta law firm DREW ECKL & FARNHAM, LLP. He is a graduate of DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana and received his Juris Doctorate degree at the University of Tennessee College of Law in Knoxville, Tennessee. Mr. Moore is licensed in both Georgia and Tennessee and represents corporations, lending institutions, insurance companies, and individuals in state and federal courts. His practice includes an emphasis on construction litigation, subrogation, commercial collections, and general liability and insurance litigation.
He is admitted to practice in Georgia and Tennessee state and federal courts. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Section of Litigation and Section of Tort and Insurance Practice; NARCA, Georgia Defense Lawyers Association; Georgia Bar Association; Atlanta Bar Association; Tennessee Bar Association; PLRB; Defense Research Institute; and American Trial Lawyers Association.
Mr. Moore's recent awards and distinctions include Atlanta Magazines 2006, 2008 and 2009 Rising Star Award; 2006 and 2008 Nominee FCDR On The Rise Award; 2006 Nominee Top 40 Attorneys Under 40 Atlanta Business Chronicle; and was recently appointed to the Board of Directors for the Georgia Defense Lawyers Association.
