B Kaye Katz-Flexer is a partner with Drew, Eckl and Farnham, LLP, in their Brunswick, Georgia, office. After graduating magna cum laude from Georgia Southwestern State University, she attended Mercer University Law School where she received her J.D. in 1980. Since that time her practice has focused primarily on civil litigation. She represents both individuals and companies throughout the State of Georgia in State and Federal courts, as well as in the State Board of Workers’ Compensation. She has successfully tried hundreds of jury trials. She has served as a mediator in civil litigation and Workers’ Compensation cases for the past five years. She has been a frequent lecturer on the topics of civil litigation and Workers’ Compensation and has served on the Board of Directors for the Georgia Institute of Continuing Legal Education. She has served as a member of the Statewide Judicial Evaluation Committee assisting the Judicial Nominating Commission. She is a past President of the Brunswick Bar Association. She is currently a member of the American Bar Association, Georgia Bar Association, Brunswick Bar Association, Defense Research Institute, Georgia Defense Lawyers Association, the National Association of Women Lawyers, and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for both the Middle and Southern Districts of Georgia. She is a Registered Neutral in the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolutions and is qualified to conduct court ordered mediations.
