Megan Mathews Noble, a Senior Associate in the firm Drew Eckl & Farnham, LLP, is a magna cum laude graduate of Bethany College and received her Juris Doctor and Master of Public Administration degrees from the Georgia State University College of Law and Georgia State's Andrew Young School of Policy Studies. Megan focuses her practice on employment litigation representing management and commercial litigation. Her practice encompasses all areas relating to the counseling, training and representation of management clients in federal and state courts, as well as before state and local agencies such as the EEOC and the Department of Labor. She drafts and reviews employment policies, affirmative action programs, employment contracts and employee handbooks. She is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia. She is a member of the American and Atlanta Bar Associations and is a frequent speaker to human resource professionals and clients on issues related to employment law. Megan has recently been recognized as a "Georgia Rising Star" by Atlanta Magazine and Law and Politics Magazine, which is an honor reserved for only 2.5% of lawyers practicing in the state of Georgia under the age of 40.
