Andrea R. Mitchell is an associate in the Atlanta law firm of Drew Eckl & Farnham, LLP. She is a graduate of Spelman College, received a Master of Taxation from Georgia State University’s School of Business, and her Juris Doctor degree from Georgia State University’s College of Law. Ms. Mitchell focuses on workers' compensation defense litigation. She represents employers, insurers, and self-insureds across the state before the State Board of Workers' Compensation and in superior court. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Mitchell practiced workers’ compensation insurance defense at another Atlanta law firm. She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Atlanta Bar Association, the Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys and Gate City Bar Association.
